This page explores the design approaches of existing collective websites to gain more knowledge and research. I researched the Community Knowledge Matters and Community Research Collective Derry site, which mentions their use of structure, accessibility, and tone to communicate shared values and inclusivity. Secondly, the Participatory Collective Ethics section explains how values like trust, care, and fairness form the foundation of ethical participatory design. Lastly, initial layout sketches and Figma mock-ups demonstrate a progressive process, exploring spacing, visual hierarchy and responsiveness across mobile and desktop formats. To summarise, this page captures the transition from contextual research to practical design experimentation, ensuring that these visual decisions align with each other.
